Do you think Atheist's are in a moral revolt against God?

Religion makes moral demands on us and Christianity ask that we move outside of ourselves and consider first the welfare of the other person.
The Atheist I wanna suggest is chaffing under the moral rules of Christianity, ultimately he realizes that a life lived according to the Ten commandments is a life in which we are accountable.
Atheist's hate the idea that our actions are ultimately accountable, that even the things we do in private are under scrutiny and being recorded, Atheism is a massive rebellion against that, but it disguises itself as moving along the strict pathways of reason.
It's not a intellectual revolt, it's a moral revolt.
Each breath they take is a sin, there great error is immorality which is a abomination of proportions we cannot begin to fathom at this juncture.

your problem can be clearly illustrated in this post. if you can't see your own problem, you are probably at too low of an intellectual level to comprehend what i am pointing out.

Religion and politics should not be debated on the internet, neither side can ever be proved right or wrong. They are more about what you believe in and are based more on opinion than anything else.
Starting another thread like this is only inviting a flame war, Apple, you should know better by now.
Whatthe & Kanadian, you should know better as well. Personally, I find your responses to Apple more offensive and arrogant than his OP. If you have nothing to say about his off the wall topics besides blatant flaming, best you not say anything at all and let his threads just fade away.

Thats not exactly true. Different Atheists believe different things, much the same as Christians.
I would argue that the majority of Atheists are Atheists because of their engagements with people calling themselves Christian but acting in a very un-Christian manner. If you wanna see hypocracy look at the people in any given church. Its truly saddening how people can get so caught up in themselves and those around them they dont realize what a dick they have become.
Example... how about the "most hated family in America." They claim to be baptist Christians and believe that only they know the Truth and as such will be the only ones who are saved. I think they missed the part in the Bible that talks about love. They seem to have replaced love with hate, scorn, and spite.
Then you have the argument of the Crusades. I personally find this argument to be weak as there were 2 sides to this battle and both sides were equally guilty of bad things. I feel that the losing side is just playing the poor marginalized minority card to get sympathy. Kind of like how the people of Myanmar (I believe this is the country) are now suing the British government for 2 trillion dollars because they were a British colony before but now that theyre independent their government has marginalized and totally fraked them over.
Or lets bring this right close to home and go with Iraq. The US has lost 3874 soldiers fighting in Iraq. The total loss for all forces (on the American side) has been 4182. But wait that doesnt include 1001 contractors, so its actually about 5183 dead. Now lets see how many Iraqi's have been killed over these last 5 years. Oh the lastest survey is giving us a figure of 1,200,000. That means for every soldier killed, 232 Iraqis lose their lives and for what purpose? Did you know that the highest estimates for the death count of Iraqis under Saddams 23 years of rule is also 1.2million.
GG USA you have done to the Iraqis what it took Saddam 23 years to accomplish, except he gave them running water and electricity while he was at it as well. It only took the evil dictator 5 months to restore Iraq after the first Gulf War. After 60, the Americans are still dickin around.
